Reduction of vinegar and sugar that can be infused with just about anything.

Lacto-Fermentation
Fermentation using lactobacillus to convert sugars into lactic acid. Popular in pickling.

Orgeat
Syrup made with any type of nut or other dry flour-like ingredients producing very unique flavors.

Sherbet
Syrup consisting of sugar, juice and oil from a citrus.
